Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Philippine Orders

We ship all Philippine orders via SPX.

Estimated delivery times:

  • NCR (Metro Manila): Next day to 2 business days

  • Outside NCR (Luzon): 2–3 business days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL, depending on your location.

Some destinations may qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Our standard delivery time for international orders is 5–10 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, product availability, and other factors. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
